Kano state Fire Service rescue five years old cat trapped

Kano state fire service last Wednesday conducted a tactical rescue operation that saved the life of a five years old cat that was trapped at Yakasai quarters, in Kano metropolis .
The public relations officer of he service SFS Saminu Abdullahi said the men of the service to the astonishment of onlookers , who gathered to witness the operation, the trapped animal has been rescued he said..
In his words “ on Wednesday 29th December 2021, our call centre at Nassarawa received a call from Yakasai quarters by Rimi market..
“the call came through, mallam Garba Ali at about 17;41, our men arrived the scene of the incidence at about 17;45, it was discovered that a five years old cat fell into a very short space between two buildings.”
“with good efforts our men , the cat was successfully rescued alive and handed over to the owner by name , hajiya Ta Annabi.” Saminu stated.
According to eyewitness accounts, the rescue operation , on its completion received a thunderous applause from hundreds of residents who have gathered to witness the exercise.
Our correspondent who visited the area reports that , residents have continued to discuss what they described as an amazing skills adopted by men of the service to carryout the rescue operation.
