Eid Fitri Celebrations: NSCDC deploys 957 personnel to Bauchi

Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC Bauchi state command has deployed 957 personnel to enforce hitch free Eid Fitri celebration in the state.
The spokesman of the command, Garkuwa Y Adamu , Thursday told journalists in Bauchi that the deployed personnel were drawn from the various units within the Command.
He disclosed that special female squad units, counter terrorist, Agro rangers, Intelligence and surveillance, operations, disaster management, medical units have been dispatched to maintain law and order across the state..
He said the State NSCDC Commandant Nuraddeen Abdullahi has charged officers and men under his command to exhibit high level of discipline, professionalism and civility.
Nuradeen task the men of the command to work assiduously in ensuring the protection of lives and properties as well as Critical National Assets of Federal, State and Local Government during the festive period.
Nuraddeen disclosed that surveillance and patrolling of flash points and black spots have been intensified to nip criminal elements and their nefarious activities in the bud.
