YSFON APPOINT AMINU H.WALI AS VP NORTH WEST
Alhaji Aminu Ahmed Wali was inaugurated as the Vice President Incharge of North West of the Youth Sports Federation Of Nigeria (YSFON Vice President North/West)
Last Saturday evening, Alhaji Aminu Ahmed Wali, Chairman of A Rahamawa Petroleum Company and chairman of Katsina State Chapter of (YSFON) became the Vice President of North West of the Association and He was sworn in, at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in the state. Kaduna
Wali has received this leadership based on his approval and satisfaction as the head of youth sports, especially those under the age of eighteen, from the state level at the whole country.
President of the National Association, Dr. Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna,who is a former Deputy Governor of Kano State, who was represented by the Secretary of the National Association, preside the inauguration and presented the award to His Excellency the Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umar Radda, for his contribution to the Development of the state. In his speech, the President described Alhaji Aminu Ahmed Wali as a good leader from the state level to the country at large
Aminu Wali was the President of the YSFON of Katsina State under his leadership the Under 17 Football Team of Katsina State won the President’s Cup which held in Katsina State.
Also won the championship in the North West competition last year and became the title holder of the Current competition.
A few days ago, won the second place in the North West competition of this year after losing against its counterpart Kano state at the Ahmadu Bello stadium last Saturday.
Wali thanked and congratulated the Katsina State Government under the leadership of Malam Dikko Umar Radda for the efforts and support to the entire youth of the state.
On the other hand, the representative of the State Government, the Sports Commissioner, emphasized the Government’s efforts in fishing out young players to the foreign countries in an effort to protect the reputation of the state,and also they are showcasing them and gives them the opportunity to get teams in foreign countries and the whole world,all under the leadership of Alh Aminu Ahmed Wal.
