Rancor in Northern Elders Forum is disturbing says former FRCN boss

The former Director General , Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria FRCN, Ladan Salihu has expressed worries over the rancor among the Executive members of the North Elders Forum is perturbing.
He described the issue that led to the rancor as simple political issue .
Salihu , while addressing journalists during a press conference at the NUJ secretariat, last Monday in Bauchi, argued that the north east should still be given the opportunity to produce the next President.
Speaking further , he lamented that “if a chairman can come and make a pronouncement and his Secretary came to want counter it, where are we heading
“He posit that the endorsement of Mohammed and Saraki by the northern elders was not because of their influence, but rather on the basis of their track records, achievements and pedigrees in their political careers.
