**Kano State House of Assembly Approves Bill to Establish State Infrastructure Management Agency**

The Speaker of the Assembly, Alhaji Jibrin Isma’il Falgore, announced this during a session held in Kano.
He stated that the matter was discussed before all members of the Assembly. The Majority Leader, Alhaji Lawan Hussaini Chediyar ‘Yangurasa, explained that the law prohibits the construction or installation of electrical poles on roads without permission. He also emphasized that anyone who violates the law will face consequences.
Our correspondent, Musbahu Bala Cediyar Yan Gurasa, reports that the Assembly received a letter from Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf requesting approval for the appointment of Engineer Ibrahim Yakubu Adamu as a commissioner and member of the State Executive Council.
