Governor Yusuf Host Indian High Commissioner to Nigeria.

Kano state Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf hosted a Indian High Commissioner to Nigeria, Mr. Shri G. Balasubramanian and his delegation on a courtesy call to the Government House, Kano.
India and Kano State have a history of relationship for many years in the areas of education, health, agriculture, technology, entertainment and trade that needs to be strengthened for the mutual benefit of both sides.
Yusuf said Kano are glad with that India’s rapid development in education and health sectors has attracted hundreds of Kano indigenes to universities and healthcare institutions in the country.
And pledge to continue collaborating with the Indian Government and stakeholders to complete our two mega power projects in Tiga and Challawa for the revival of moribund industries and for the socio-economic development of the state.
