Bauchi: Gov Bala Muhammad thumb up BSHA Speaker for defecting to PDP

The executive Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed has thumb up the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Abubakar Sulaiman , for dumping the All Progressive Congress, APC to pitch tent with the ruling People’s Democratic Party PDP in the state.The Governor, in his remarks, when he hosted PDP stakeholders from Ningi, Toro, Warji and Dass local government areas of the state to Ramadan fast held at the Old Banquet Hall, Government House Bauchi, describing the lawmaker as a young politician who is ideologically progressive.
He assured that the PDP has kept its doors open to all those willing to join its ranks, adding that all party men and women will be treated equally
The Governor commended members of the State Assembly led by Rt Honorable Abubakar Y Sulaiman for the harmonious relationship saying it is the first of its kind in the democratic history of the state.
Earlier, the Speaker, Bauchi State House of Assembly Abubakar Y Sulaiman while announcing his defection to PDP, applauded Governor Bala for his commitment towards the developments going on in the state.
