Governor Yusuf Distribute Sports equipment, Describe football as an asset to Youth

Kano state Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf Said the entire sporting activites now became asset of major business in the world.
Governor express this while distributing Sports equipment to Six hundred Football Clubs of the 44 Local government Area of the state.
The event which held at Coronation Hall of kano Government House.
Gover Governor Yusuf said present administration is committed towards supporting the youths in the round leather game business so as to become self reliance.
He also said one of the cardinal objectives of his campaign promises is to revived Football and other sporting activities in the state with the aimed of taking it to the promise land.
Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf tasks Kano pillars football club to emerged winner of the Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL 2023/2024 soccer season.
He commanded the state Commissioner of Youths and Sports development Hon. Mustapha Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso for working round the clock for ensuring completion of renovations of Sani Abacha Stadium Kofar Mata, He stated that the present administration will partner with the 44 Local Government Councils chairmen in empowering the youths expecialy in the round leather game.
Yusuf stressed that very soon the state government will enroll them in different courses at Sports Institutes with aimed at making them became professional in that direction. He urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the gesture.
Speaking the state Commissioner of Youths and Sports Development Hon Mustapha Rabi’u Kwankwaso described Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf as Hope of the Youths of the Pyramid city. He hailed him for the support and cooperation accorded to the Ministry in that direction and hope to sustain the tempo.
Kwankwaso highlighted some of the achievement recorded by the Ministry under his watched, which he narrated that Kano State Won Nine medals at just concluded National Youths Games in history.
