2023: Emir of Kano ask Nigerians to vote credible leaders

Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero has urged Nigerians to exercise their civic rights in electing leaders that would uplift the development of their communities.
The monarch, added that voters registration is crucial and strategic in the life of the all citizenry and alongside national development .
Speaking at Kofar Kudu axis of his palace , during a sensitization campaign on voters registration organized by Kano Emirate Council Advisory Committee on Economic and Social Matters, last Wednesday, the royal father appealed to Nigerians to come out enmasse to take part in the ongoing Continuous Voters Registration, CVR exercise supervised by INEC .
He urged Nigerians to seize the last phase of the CVR exercise to obtain their PVC with the intend to avoid been disenfranchised during the forth coming 2023 General Elections.
He further urged religious and traditional rulers to embark on mass sensitization of their followers on the importance of casting their vote in determining those that would assume the mantle of leadership in the country across all strata of democratic leadership.
Emir Bayero also prayed for peace and tranquility to continue to reign in Nigeria, while also appealing to Nigerians to continue to live in peace and harmony.
