Sarkin Yarabawa of Kano Sponsor Some of SWAN Kano members to pursue their Education

The SARKIN YARABAWA OF KANO Engineer Dr. Muritala Alimi Ote-Sese the Sarkin Yoruba of Kano, was donates approximately donates quarter of a million naira (N250,000), as an educational assistance (scholarship) to three members of Sports Writer Association, Kano State chapter who gained and admissions to further their studrs.
The Sarki of Yoruba of Kano Dr. Muritala Alimi, said the main objective of the educational assistance is to provide an opportunity for courses that are relevant to the field of journalism to the Member of the association.
The highly industry player of Kano State and Nigeria described the assistance as part of public service to the society.
On his remark the former chairman of the association and current national Ex-officio, Lurwanu Idris Malikawa Garu (Dagacin Malikawa) expressed appreciation on the gesture by one of the SWAN patron.
Malikawa call on the those who got the educational assistance to be good ambassador by putting all effort to graduate with flying colors.
