Kano community leader, Sydney Emeafu hosted child dedication service
All roads led to St Patrick church located within the fortress of the Mobile Police force facility in Hotoro within Kano metropolis, where Kano businessman and community leader, chief Sydney Emeafu hosted the Christian dedication of his son.
The Child dedication christian rituals were conducted amidst pomp and pageantry anchored by Rev.fr .CSP Gerald Denyut the parish priest chaplain at St Patrick Catholic Church Hotoro.
Our correspondent reports that the church dedication service was graciously attended by worshippers, family friends, socialites and well wishers.
Sydney said , today November 30th, 2025, we dedicate our son Onyeeze BENNETT OGUAMANAM SYDNEY EMEAFU at St patrick Catholic Police chaplaincy Hotoro mobile police barracks.
“In everything as humans, God almighty, we adore and give Him all the praises for the good things He has done in our lives, this dedication is in commitment and obedience to Him, for me and my family we will forever be grateful to God and we forever submit ourselves to his supremacy.” Sydney said.
Dignitaries that witnessed the child dedication service includes, evangelist Eunice Ikalama, Chief Emeka Emeafu, enyi chief Chinedu Onwanaku, prince Vitalis Onwusoraka.
Others are, comrade Kyrian Agukwe, comrade Basil Nwachukwu secretary Imo Indigene Association Kano, comrade Paul Nwoko, Friday Igbani , comrade Ugochukwu Duru amongst others.
