Kano Assembly Ends Two-Day Workshop Towards Enhancing the Capacity of Legislative Aides

The Kano State Assembly has successfully concluded a two-day strategic training aimed at enhancing the capacity of legislative aides for effective service delivery to their respective principals in collaboration with Ultimate Synergy Solutions.
This message was contained in the statement issued by Kamaluddeen Sani, Shawai, spokesperson for the Rt. Hon. Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly on Friday.
During the closing remarks, the Chief Clerk of Kano State House of Assembly, Alh. Bashir Aliyu Diso stated that the workshop added value to the existing knowledge of the participants. The participants have benefited significantly from the series of compendium of papers presented during this important gathering.
Alh. Bashir Aliyu Diso further commended the sterling qualities and foresight of the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore, for approving the workshop. He also explained that Kano State has been blessed with good synergy and a working relationship between the Executive Arm of Government and the Legislative Arm, leading to advancement and development.
In the same vein, the lead presenter, Alh. Abdullahi Alfa, who is the Special Adviser on Legislative Matters to the Rt. Hon. Speaker, presented a paper titled “Legislative Aides as Constituents in the Tripartite Community of Legislators and Legislative Bureaucracy,” while Mal. Khalid Musa, a second presenter, highlighted the positive use of social media for better projection of members’ images.
Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore, the Speaker of the Kano State Assembly, emphasized the need for training and retraining in his opening remarks, assuring more benefits for the staff serving in the Kano State Assembly.
In collaboration with Ultimate Synergy Solutions, the Kano State House of Assembly organized a two-day workshop to enhance the capacity of legislative aides for effective service delivery to their respective principals and legislative instruction.
