Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area has announced the release of seventy million naira (₦70,000,000) to cover school fees for its indigenes enrolled in higher institutions.
The lnterim management officer Alhaji Musa Ahmad Maitama made this statement
while presented their bank checks to the schools official. Alh Musa Ahmad Maitama who is also the Director personnel management stated that
This financial intervention underscores the local government’s commitment to ensuring that students have access to quality education without the burden of financial constraints.
Alh Musa Ahmad explained that By easing the financial pressures on families, Dawakin Tofa LGA aims to enhance
educational opportunitiesand ensure that its youths can successfully pursue their academic goals.
The parents representatives Alh Umar Garba Dawakin tofa and Rabi’u Magaji Tattarawa Speaking on the release of the funds stated, “This initiative is part of effort to invest in the future of our
young people and contribute to the development of a skilled and educated workforce. They said that We are committed to ensuring that no student from our community is left behind due to financial challenges.
They also urged the beneficiaries to make the most of this
Opportunity by focusing on their studies and contributing to the development of their communities upon graduation
In their separate remarks the chief personnel officer Alh Abba Ahmad sharif and the local Government Treasurer Alh sarki kurawa have assured the people that very soon the local government would enrollment another numbers of student in the area to go for further study at various tatiaries institutions in the state, countary and outside the countary.
