Kano state government sent name of additional commissioner nominee for screening and confirmation to Kano house of assembly.

The Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has sent a letter to the state House of Assembly requesting to approve the appointment of Major General Mohd Inuwa Idris as a Commissioner and member of the State Executive Council.
The Speaker of the House Right Honourable Jibril Ismail Falgore, read the letter at today’s session.
The Assembly has invited Major General Mohd Inuwa Idris to come to the Assembly tomorrow Wednesday around 10 Ocklock in the Morning for screening.
The House has also requested the Kano State Government to construct a road from Kwanar Tudun Kaya to Rimi to Unguwar Alhazai to Daura to Tudun Kaya in Karaye Local Government area.
The call followed the motion moved by a Member representing Karaye constituency Engr. Ahmad Ibrahim Karaye for the need of the project and later agreed unanimously by the members in a view to make movement easy in the area.
